We had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Nock for both buying our first condo in Bradenton and now as we embark on purchasing our first single-family home in Sarasota. Lindsay Nock is the Realtor everyone will love! She truly puts the happiness of her clients first and foremost. She worked very hard to help us find our dream home in the current seller’s market! We moved across our state so she often did a video showing for us. When we finally found a home, our closing was scheduled while we were out of state. I had high expectations for Lindsay, and she totally exceeded them. The listing process went so smoothly and we sold for over asking price in just a few days. She communicated with us regularly to explain each step of the process, and I loved how she presented our multiple offers with a spreadsheet to highlight and compare important features of each offer. But perhaps her strongest asset is her awareness of how emotional this process can be. It was a tough decision for me to sell the house where I watched my kids learned to walk, and she was so sensitive to that. She gave us constructive, specific advice for how to fix up our home to get a higher offer, while respecting what the house meant to us. We sold our place for more than we hoped or expected, but what's more important to me is that Lindsay really listened to us through the whole process, giving fantastic advice and educating us but never being pushy. I'm so glad we trusted her to sell our house for us.

If you either need to sell a house in Sarasota or are looking to purchase, I can highly recommend Lindsay. The home I listed with her was a historical property with significant delayed maintenance issues. It was likely the hardest challenge she will face in her real estate career. As I told her, if she could sell this property, she could sell anything. Throughout the listing period, she was exceptional in holding open houses, in showing the property, and in helping possible buyers see the potential in the property. She was also exceptional in communication and always diplomatic despite the quirks of the seller (myself). I was adamant that this property be sold to someone who would restore this historical home and preserve the feeling of the neighborhood .....not someone who would tear it down and build a huge structure totally out of place on that charming street. Realtors are required to bring all offers to the seller and I think she brought 8 or so and accepted my decision with grace when I turned down one good offer from a developer who would have destroyed the house. Lindsay is skillful at bringing the buyer and seller to the point of agreement and followed through on all the fine details just preceding closing. She kindly took a video of the empty home......something that was emotionally significant to the seller. She will do very well in real estate............having bought and sold a number of homes in my life time, I can honestly say, I have never had a better or more dedicated realtor than Lindsay............she demonstrates calm, a positive attitude, grace under pressure, perseverance (boy, was that needed with my property), and flexibility. You could not find a better realtor than Lindsay Nock whether you are seeking someone to sell a multi million dollar mansion or a small, historical home! I can’t say enough good things about Lindsay. This was our first encounter with each other and I hope it won’t be our last!
